Next Day Capital Holdings SRL is the real estate holding company for residential projects and portfolios owned by Pierre Pozzi Belforti and Vittorio Mettewie, who have respectively worked in the real estate business for 30 and 20 years in Belgium and across Europe.

They are joined by Reginald Winssinger and Rik Vandenberghe as co-investors in October 2021, who have respectively worked as Board members of a top-notch New York Stock Exchange listed prime property investor, and as CEO of a Euronext listed financial institution and afterwards as CEO of a major international construction and development company.

After nearly 20 years of working on large multifunctional projects in Belgium and abroad for two major Belgian real estate developers, Vittorio Mettewie founded Next Day Group in 2016 to develop mainly residential projects instead of commercial ones as he foresaw much earlier than most the change of trends in the large retail schemes market.

In 2019, Pierfrancesco Pozzi Belforti joined as a co-shareholder in Next Day Capital, the real estate initial holding company, and thus made an essential contribution to the significant growth of the group which they have since been developing together.

In September 2021, Rik Vandenberghe, is Chairman of WDP (EURONEXT-listed 9 billion EURO REIT: www.wdp.eu), Board member of of Besix Group (www.besix.com) after having been Group CEO for 4 years and previously CEO of ING Belgium (EURONEXT: www.ing.be) and before then CEO of ING Luxemburg. He joined as co-investor, Board member and Managing Partner   to further enhance the growth of Next Day Capital Holdings.

In October 2021, Reginald Winssinger, former Board member of WP Carey (NYSE: www.wpcarey.com), one of the largest diversified net lease REITs in North America and Europe with 25 BN USD portfolio, joined as co-investor an Chairman of the Investment Committee.

Mr Winssinger and his family are leading real estate investment professionals in both Europe and the US, with over 40 years of expertise in project development, particularly in the Affordable & Intermediate Housing sector in both Built 2 Rent and Built 2 Sell.

For over 20 years he was Board member of WP Carey (NYSE: www.wpcarey.com). one of the largest and most prestigious real estate investment firms in North America and Europe with a portfolio of $25 billion.

He also is a member of the Advisory Committee of LeadCrest (www.leadcrestcap.com) one of Europe’s leading sale and leaseback specialists with offices in London, Paris, Luxembourg and New York.

Scaling-up Capital & Assets

Next Day Capital Holdings is now actively developing a diversified initial portfolio of 20 projects representing 1,350 residential units and more than 195,000 m² of above-ground buildings to be built in the future on nearly 60 hectares of land reserves already destined for residential use. This portfolio has been built up by a dedicated multidisciplinary and diversified team of professionals as from 2016.

Another pipeline of 1.000 additional residential units has been pre-selected to expand existing land reserves by Q3, 2022, whilst our team is already working on additional units foreseen to be acquired by Q1, 2023n depending on speed of capital raising.

Next Day Capital Holdings is increasing year after year the scale of capital it raises with its partners and investors to further develop the portfolio of projects. The main emphasis is on the Built to Rent strategy with very resilient cash-flows, combined with a Built to Sell shorter term strategy whenever appropriate, depending on the development project and its potential for long-term resilient income or shorter-term profit generation.
