Pierfrancesco Pozzi Belforti

Executive Chairman

Pierre Pozzi Belforti is an investor in Real Estate Private Equity since 1991, and in Technology since 2016, with successful private and public market Exits.

Over 30 years of pan-European Real Estate investments experience, in residential, offices, hospitality sectors with major international partners. Pierre is Executive Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner. For over 30 years he has been an investor/co-investor in large property developments, distressed portfolio restructuring, and large office assets repositioning sold to institutional investors. From 1991 to 2000 was Co-owner & CEO of DTZ  Winssinger in Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy,  France, and in Central & Eastern Europe, alongside DTZ Holdings PLC to which the private group was sold and merged with Cushman & Wakefield, 2nd largest property group worldwide.

Pierre is Co-Director and Professor @ Real Estate Executive Program @ Solvay Business School, and Visiting Professor @ HEC Paris and “Sciences Po” Paris in Venture Capital and Disruptive Technologies.

Pierre started his professional career in 1987 in London with Investment Banks Citibank and JP Morgan.

Vittorio Mettewie

Group Chief Executive Officer

Over 20 years of experience on large multifunctional projects in europe for two major Belgian real estate developers.

Vittorio Mettewie is Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner.

Vittorio Mettewie started his career in 1999 at Wilhelm & Co, (www.wilhelmandco.be) a prime Belgian real estate developer active on a pan-european level. In 2003 he joined the Dutch international developer Foruminvest (www.foruminvest.com) to source new large scale multifunctional projects (residential, offices, etc.) and shopping centers in Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Italy and Poland.

Rik Vandenberghe

Rik Vandenberghe is Managing Partner and CEO for the Capital Markets & Investors.

He is also Chairman of WDP (EURONEXT-listed 9 billion EURO REIT: www.wdp.eu), was untill recently Board member of of Besix Group (www.besix.com) the major real estate construction and development group active in 27 countries; after having been Group CEO for 4 years of Besix Group and previously CEO of ING Belgium (EURONEXT: www.ing.be) and before then CEO of ING Luxemburg.

Reginald Winssinger

Chairman of the Investment Committee.

Reginald Winssinger is a former Board member of WP Carey (NYSE: www.wpcarey.com), one of the largest diversified net lease REITs in North America and Europe with 25 BN USD portfolio.

Mr Winssinger and his family are leading real estate investment professionals in both Europe and the US, with over 40 years of expertise in project development, particularly in the Affordable & Intermediate Housing sector in both Built 2 Rent and Built 2 Sell, and in co-investments in the office sector.

He is also is a member of the Advisory Committee of LeadCrest (www.leadcrestcap.com) one of Europe’s leading sale and leaseback specialists with offices in London, Paris, Luxembourg and New York.

Peter Verlinde

Chief Financial Officer

Peter joined NDCH in 2022 from Revive (www.revive.be) a property developer specialised in urban residential regeneration, where he was Business development Director..

Previous experience as CFO was with IRET Development (www.iret.be), with Quares (www.quares.be) as Real Estate Investment Director,

In 2008, Peter was the CFO of the listed real estate investment company Montea (www.montea.com) for 8 years.

Peter started his career as auditor at Arthur Andersen after which he built further financial experience in smaller but international companies (Fleet Logistics International), large Belgian companies such as Mobistar and ABX Logistics.

Dimitri Plaquet

Senior Investment Advisor

Prior to joining Next Day Capital, he was Director at SIP Agriculture, an agriculture investment specialist and advisory firm, focusing on direct investments in Latin America.

Entrepreneur at heart, Dimitri has co-founded 4P Capital, a family-owned venture capital investment company focusing on early and growth-stage companies.

Dimitri is also a Principal at Sherpa Asset Management, a family office based in Zurich.

He started his career with at the ImmoFinRe Group, a Luxembourg-based real estate fund of fund.

Sylvie Bratic

Senior Developmenty Director

Sylvie Bratic is a Belgian national , with a Master in Architecture.

She began her career in 2005 working in different architectural partnerships in Brussels until 2016, followed by a career in development of major real estate projects for leading Belgian Real Estate Developers.

In 2023, she joined Next Day Capital as Senior Development Director to overview the group’s real estate projects.

David Roger:

Chief Legal Officer

Prior to joining Next Day Capital Holdings as Chief Legal Officer, David Roger has practiced for more than 25 years as an attorney in Brussels and London in first tier international law firms (including Freshfields www.freshfields.com  and Jones Day www.jonesday.com), where he has advised listed companies, private equity funds, banking institutions and large corporations in connection with cross-border acquisitions, real estate transactions, joint ventures, leveraged financing, syndicated lending, securities offerings and stock exchange matters.

Scaling-up Capital & Assets

Next Day Capital Holdings pursues the enlargment of its portfolios on a yearly basis, whilst its current portfolios is made of assets in the two following segments:

A) Residential:

Next Day Capital Holdings is actively developing a diversified initial portfolio of 20 projects representing 1,500 residential units and more than 200,000 m² of above-ground buildings to be built , on nearly 60 hectares of land reserves already zoned for residential use.

An additional pipeline of 1.000 additional residential units is being pre-selected to expand the current portfolio.

B) Office:

With the expected completion of Omega Court office building by the end of 2024, new opportunities are being analyzed, with a view of a new investment(s) in 2024 and 2025.
